We would like to invite you to participate in this survey about PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND EXERCISE IN ADULTS AGED 55 YEARS AND OLDER WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS. Dr. Emerson Sebastião from the Department of Health and Kinesiology and Dr. Manuel Hernandez from the Carle Illinois College of Medicine are responsible for this study, which aims to explore the needs and preferences of exercise in adults with multiple sclerosis aged 55 years and older. The survey is divided into 9 parts: 1) demographic, 2) health and MS-specific information, 3) physical activity and exercise history, 4) barriers and facilitators, 5) safety and comfort, 6) home environment and resources, 7) support and assistance, 8) program preferences, and 9) square-stepping exercise. The completion time for the survey range from 15-20 minutes.
